Aktionstag \u201eFit isst mit\u201c in Idar-Oberstein wieder Einiges bewegt!<br \/>\nIn neun verschiedenen Workshops konnten die Teilnehmer zwischen vielseitigen Angeboten w\u00e4hlen und \u201e\u00be Step\u201c, \u201eZumba Gold\u00ae\u201c, \u201eMedizinball-Workout\u201c, \u201eChi Ball\u201c, \u201eKettlebell- und Functional Training\u201c, \u201eBallooning Ball\u201c, \u201eFascial Release\u201c sowie \u201eDie F\u00fc\u00dfe \u2013 unser Fundament\u201c erleben. Vor dem reichhaltigen Mittagsbuffet gab es erg\u00e4nzend zum sportlichen Teil einen interessanten Ern\u00e4hrungsvortrag zum Thema \u201eAnti-Aging aus der K\u00fcche\u201c. Mit Aussagen wie \u201eVielen Dank, war ein toller Tag, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen\u201c oder \u201eWeiter so\u201c bedankten sich die Teilnehmer &#8211; geschafft und zufrieden zugleich &#8211; nach einem ereignisreichen Aktionstag.<br \/>\nWer diesen Tag leider  verpasst hat, bekommt dieses Jahr noch viele M\u00f6glichkeiten und kann noch zwischen dem 1. Aktionstag \u201eFit im Sommer\u201c im Westerwald am 20.07.2014, dem 11.
